Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez announced her nominations for 20 students from across Washington’s Third District to attend a United States military service academy.
Cascadia Tech Academy Diesel Technology student, Collett MacDonald from Woodland High School has been accepted to U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Students looking to apply for a service academy should begin the application process toward the end of their junior year of high school, the release adds.
