Dr. Anna Hosha was presented with a mini-grant from @SWWSRA. These grants are for activities or projects to help children learn. Dr. Anna has used the award funds to purchase snacks for students to fill our campus pantry.

What is the Process for Emergency School Closures?
Cascadia Technical Academy follows the Evergreen School District’s operating schedule. When Evergreen School District is closed, Cascadia Tech Academy is also closed. When Evergreen School District has a 2-hour late start, then there are no session 1 classes at Cascadia Tech Academy, but session 2 is held at regular time.
If a student’s high school is closed because of inclement weather, the student WILL NOT be expected to attend Cascadia Tech Academy that day. If a student’s high school has a 2-hour late start, session 1 students are not expected to attend Cascadia Tech Academy, but session 2 students are expected to attend at regular time.
School closure or schedule change information will be given to the local TV and radio stations by 6 a.m. To get information on closure status, tune in to your local TV/Radio stations via internet/broadcast or check the Evergreen School District website at www.evergreenps.org.

Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts students experienced a full sensory tasting courtesy of Caffe D’arte. Students tasted coffee beans from Brazil, Guatemala, and Honduras. Students then created their own blends of their favorite coffee beans based on their personal flavor profiles!

The holiday season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than to give back to a local organization supporting students with the knowledge and skills to lead a successful life, and career. Join us at Live Fit Studios for a workout benefiting Cascadia Tech Academy, who are serving students right here in SW Washington. You’ll have two classes to choose from: 9:00 am - Full Body Strength 10:00 am - Core and Conditioning In lieu of a class registration fee, we ask all participants to bring a minimum donation of $25 (cash or check made out to Cascadia Tech Academy Foundation).
